What You’ll Do

Pre-Sales and Technical Discovery

  • Run technical discovery with prospects: understanding their cryptographic estate, PKI/CA architecture, compliance obligations, and PQC readiness posture
  • Deliver tailored demos and architecture discussions on QIZ’s platform to audiences ranging from security architects to CISOs
  • Scope and run Proofs of Concept with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes

Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with customers and prospects to understand their environments, validate QIZ’s approach, and capture structured feedback for the product team
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for US accounts in Sales engagement phase.

Partner Enablement

  • Support channel partner onboarding and technical enablement for federal and commercial partners
  • Help partners understand QIZ’s differentiation and position it accurately in their customer conversations

Must Have

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role: Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security Architect, or similar
  • Working knowledge of cryptography: PKI, X.509, TLS, certificate lifecycle, symmetric and asymmetric encryption – enough to hold a credible technical conversation with a cryptography manager or security architect
  • Familiarity with enterprise security environments: how large organizations manage identity, certificates, and infrastructure at scale
  • Strong communication skills: can simplify complex topics without losing accuracy, comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences
  • Experience supporting an enterprise sales cycle, including POC management and RFP responses
  • Based in the US; able to travel for customer and partner meetings

Strong Preference

  • Exposure to post-quantum cryptography or crypto-agility programs, either in a consulting or enterprise environment
  • Experience selling into or supporting engagements with financial services, federal, or critical infrastructure customers
  • East Coast preference,

Nice to Have

  • Background in a PQC/Cryptography consulting practice
