What You’ll Do
- Customer-Centric Discovery: Engage directly with customers to translate operational pains into confidence-building product value.
- Planning and Prioritization: Own the roadmap and backlog. Ruthlessly prioritize between urgent customer needs, technical debt, and long-term PQC readiness goals.
- Define the Journey: Design end-to-end workflows that guide the user through the entire operational lifecycle, from discovery to resolution.
- Technical Definition: Don't just list features. Go to the source (NIST SPs, IETF RFCs) to define precise, protocol-level logic for the engineering team.
- R&D Partnership: Provide clear business intent and user context, trusting engineering with the architecture.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B Enterprise Software or SaaS.
- Technical Fluency: You can read API documentation and technical standards (RFCs). You are comfortable navigating technical tools to find answers rather than waiting for a demo.
- AI-Augmented Workflow: You use modern AI tools to accelerate research, draft specifications, and analyze data.
- Cyber Context: Strong domain expertise in Security, Infrastructure, or Compliance.
- Outcome-Driven Mindset: You focus on the value and the outcome (e.g., risk reduction, operational readiness), not just the feature. You understand that shipping code is secondary to solving the customer's true business problem.
