Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Drive Execution: Take absolute initiative to ensure all internal projects are handled smoothly from start to finish
• Central Communicator: Act as the main bridge between Sales, Marketing, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to keep everyone on the same page.
• Marketplace Management: Manage integrations, listings, and workflows within partner marketplaces.
• Customer Onboarding: Assist in overseeing the seamless onboarding process to get new enterprise clients up and running quickly.
• API & Tech Partnerships: Coordinate with technology partnerships to launch new Application Programming Interface (API) integrations.
• Regulatory Awareness: Understand industry compliance standards, security and legal requirements.

What You Bring

• Experience: Entry-level / Early career. A strong drive to learn tech operations and a "no task too small" mentality.
• Technical Literacy: You understand how software products connect, specifically when working with AI agents, APIs, and cloud ecosystems.
• Startup Agility: You love the fast pace of a startup. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats, dealing with change, and helping build processes from scratch.
• Hyper-Organized: Exceptional time-management and prioritization skills. You know how to keep multiple moving pieces on track without dropping the ball.
